This page explains what happens to the information you share through the inquiry form or by emailing the practice.
Blake Rupert is responsible for privacy questions and requests for Rupert Counselling & Consulting. You can write to blake@blakerupert.com.
The inquiry form is hosted by Jotform. When you submit it, Jotform receives the answers you provide — typically your name, email address, optional phone number, availability, referral source, and a short written description of what you would like support with.
Please keep inquiry-form answers brief. Do not include more clinical detail than is needed to decide whether a consultation makes sense. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, use emergency or crisis services rather than this form.
Submissions are used to respond to your inquiry, assess basic fit, arrange a consultation, and coordinate sessions if we begin working together. Information is not sold, shared for marketing, or used for advertising.
The website itself does not store inquiry submissions, run analytics, or set marketing cookies. Inquiry submissions are processed by Jotform, the third-party form provider. Jotform’s own privacy and security practices apply to information held on their systems.
The public website is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiry responses is limited to Blake Rupert and the service providers needed to operate the form and related practice systems. Information is only shared where needed to respond to your inquiry, coordinate care, comply with legal obligations, or address a serious safety concern.
Inquiry responses are kept while your inquiry is active. If you do not become a client, your submission is deleted within twelve months. If you do become a client, relevant inquiry information may become part of your counselling record and will be handled according to applicable privacy, legal, and professional record-keeping obligations.
You can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete what has been collected about you, subject to any legal or professional limits that apply. You can also raise a privacy concern or complaint by writing to blake@blakerupert.com. The concern will be reviewed and answered as directly as possible.
