A few details and two short questions. I read every message myself and reply within three business days, and we work out the fit from there.

Sessions are online, $160 for 50 minutes. Many extended health plans cover sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor, and I give a receipt for each one. Want a free 15-minute call first? Just ask.
