Starting process

What happens after you reach out.

  1. Submit the consultation request form with a few details about what brings you here.
  2. Blake reviews the inquiry and follows up by email if the fit looks appropriate.
  3. You can use the consultation to ask questions and get a clearer sense of whether working together makes sense.
  4. If you decide to continue, you can arrange a first session and discuss cadence from there.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is this the right fit for me?

This may be a good fit if you are thoughtful, motivated, and interested in honest self-examination rather than surface-level reassurance alone.

What does a session look like?

Sessions are reflective and collaborative. You can expect careful attention to your thoughts, feelings, patterns, choices, and relationships.

How long do people usually work together?

That depends on what you are working on. Some people come with a focused concern; others use therapy for deeper pattern work over time.

What if I am not sure I am ready?

You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. The consultation can help clarify whether now is the right time.

Privacy and safety

The inquiry form is hosted by Jotform and is used only to respond to your inquiry. You can read more on the privacy page.
